(Almost) 8 Months

So much has been going on in the past couple of months I don't even know where to start.  Bailey popped his first tooth (actually teeth because the bottom two came in together), learned to crawl, and is now pulling himself up on anything and everything he can find.  It's amazing how fast he went from rolling over to crawling to standing - I can't keep up!  He also had his first beach day and his first time on a boat.  He loves being in the water but unfortunately tries to both eat the sand and drink the salt water.  Needless to say we're having a blast.  Below are a selection of pictures from the past month or so.

Bailey - 6 Months

My sweet sweet boy is 6 months already!  Where did the time go?  He is rolling over (both ways) with ease, sitting up by himself, pushing himself up into the crawling position, eating real food, holding his own bottle, and babbling like a mad man.  He's getting ready to crawl and there's a tooth in there somewhere that is going to pop out any day (at least that's what we keep telling ourselves to justify the ludicrous amount of drool be produced).  We just had our six month check-up and he was off the charts in height (29 1/4 inches - as tall as an 11 month old!!!) and 75 percentile in weight (19 lbs).  Here are a few recent pictures from around the house.

Vermont 2011

We just got back from our trip up north and I'm posting pictures before I forget.  We had a blast.  Bailey got to hang out with G'Pops and meet his Uncle Jesse.  We spent Saturday skiing at Okemo (awesome conditions!) and a bunch of my college buddies made the trip up to Brattleboro for the weekend to hang out.  When we woke up on Monday morning to go home it was -20 degrees out - yikes!  Needless to say we were happy to be back in sunny Florida last night.  Here are some pictures from the trip and a few random ones.

Holidays 2010

What an amazing Christmas we had this year.  We got to spend time with so many members of our (huge) extended family.  It was extra special having Drew's sister Michelle, her husband Ray (who fits perfectly into the family and who we absolutely loved), and their ADORABLE little boy Ray Jr.  Having the two cousins together for their first Christmas was priceless.  It was so nice to spend time with everyone.  Here are some pics of the kiddies and family from the best holidays yet!
